I ran a 12-minute mile today. HOLY shit! For all you jokers out there who can run 13 miles--suck it. Because this morning, I ran ONE 12-minute mile! That is huge for me. I hate running, but I did it! GO ME!

Congratulations Emily. I ride my bike a lot but can't run at all.Ok, now this is what I feel like when I ride "l", but this what I think I actually look like "0"
Haha! Jason and I got bikes last year and we ride all over...I'm sure I look "0" too.
